Each one and two bedroom unit is designed like a hotel suite and has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, VCR, phone and TV with HBO. The units encircle two large landscaped atriums providing guests with numerous places to relax and visit one another. The second floor mezzanine area now features wireless internet access!

Amenities include an indoor pool and hot tub, a sauna, a conference room, an on site front desk, a game room, and laundry room. Three Seasons is located just 855 yards from the base area and is on the bus route offering free shuttle service to the base area every 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policies:
Winter Season: If the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival, the penalty is 1 night plus 6% of the total lodging. If the reservation is cancelled 44 days or less prior to the arrival date, the entire reservation, including all activities booked, is non-refundable.

Summer Season: If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, the penalty is 1 night plus 6% of the total lodging. If the reservation is cancelled 13 days or less prior to the arrival date, the entire reservations is non-refundable.

Check-In Policy:
Check-in location for all Crested Butte Lodging properties, including The Grand Lodge, is at the Three Seasons Condominiums in Mt. Crested Butte. We are located about 4 miles from the town of Crested Butte and 9/10 mile from the "Welcome to Mt. Crested Butte" sign. We're on your left on the corner of Gothic Rd and Marcellina Lane. The address is 701 Gothic Road. Our front desk check-in is located inside the Crested Butte Lodging offices, on the south side of the building near the indoor pool. After Hours Check-In:
An after hours lock box is located at the West entrance of the Three Seasons Condominiums.
